Ceramic Pro Announces New Product Support Specialists

San Diego, CA – May 15, 2024  – Ceramic Pro LLC, a global leader in nano ceramic protective solutions, is proud to announce the expansion of our Product Support Specialist team with three new hires: Morgan Gibb, PPF Trainer, Ben Adzigirey, PPF Trainer, and Justin Cain, Window Tint Trainer.

The addition of Morgan Gibb and Ben Adzigirey to our PPF training team brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will be instrumental in elevating the skills and knowledge of our Elite Dealers.

Justin Cain, Product Support Specialist for all Ceramic Pro products, brings over 8 years of experience and certifications in the automotive protection industry. With almost a decade of experience, Justin brings a special perspective from his years as an operations manager at Ceramic Pro Pottstown. His unique insights and hands-on experience within the Elite Dealer framework and ecosystem, along with his Spanish speaking ability, serve as a major asset to our network.

Ben Adzigirey, Paint Protection Film Trainer, is renowned for his precision and innovative techniques in PPF application. His background in the automotive protection industry started at a young age and that passion carried him to where he is now. Ben will be a valuable asset in ensuring our dealers stay at the forefront of industry advancements. His goal is to help our Elite Dealers continue to learn and grow.

Morgan Gibb, Paint Protection Film Trainer, is known for his precision in the exotic automotive industry, specializing in car wraps and paint protection. With over 10 years of experience, he has worked with prestigious brands while training others. His goal is to continue driving innovation and education within the automotive styling sphere. 

The expanded Product Support team will serve as resources and support to ensure our Elite Dealers are equipped with the latest techniques and product knowledge. This strategic enhancement of our product support team will lead to improved service quality, greater customer satisfaction, and increased business growth for our dealers.
