Warranty Claims must be submitted through Warranty Support. Failure to submit a warranty claim through our support system will automatically result in a rejection of the warranty claim. All warranty claims are given a support ticket number. Please keep this number to show that your claim was submitted. This number can also be used to reference you claim.
In the case that product failure is part of your warranty claim, submission of pictures and videos are required to process any warranty claim. Please be sure to include them on your 1st ticket submission to ensure the quickest resolution of the warranty claim.
The initial step in any warranty claim about a failure of product performance will always be to visit a Ceramic Pro Certified Installer to get a professional opinion of the product performance. Failure to have the professional report from a Ceramic pro Certified Installer will always result in a rejection of any warranty claim.
Ceramic Pro agent must be notified of any claim due to failure of product performance within 30 days of occurrence.
Any application, re-application, repair work or other work carried out on the coated surface must be applied / reapplied or repaired by an authorized Ceramic Pro agent after claim approval from Ceramic Pro.
