To have your product defect or failure claim accepted and processed correctly please be aware of the following: 

  • Warranty Claims must be submitted through  Warranty claims are not accepted or received in any other location or method and summarily will not be submitted. All warranty claims are given a support ticket number. Please Keep this number to show that your claim was submitted.
  • To accurately identify your vehicle please include your full 17 digit VIN (or HIN for marine vehicles) without this your claim will be incomplete and not reviewed.
  • Documentation via pictures or video are required to assess the claim to determine cause. Without these the claim will be incomplete and not reviewed.
  • To validate product failure as cause; Ceramic Pro must be notified of any claim relating to product performance within 30 days of occurrence;
  • Any application, re-application, repair work or other work carried out on the coated surface must be applied / reapplied or repaired by an authorized Ceramic Pro agent after claim approval from Ceramic Pro.

Not all Claims will be approved but they will all be reviewed against the terms of the warranty included with your purchase.
