When taking out the product from the box, please check if the bottle cap is fully sealed. Please see illustration provided.
When opening the bottle, please check if the round cap is damaged.
Please check the condition of the inner plug. Is there a white inner plug? If yes, is it plugged properly?
Please open the bottle cap and describe the situation. When opening the bottle, did the liquid overflow? Please, check if the tip of the bottle is damaged or has crystallized product on it? Most importantly, please let us know how much liquid is left in the bottle, please use picture below as reference.
