San Diego, Calif. – There are good trade shows and monumental, industry-shaking trade shows. For San Diego-based Ceramic Pro Americas, the 2022 edition of The SEMA Show will go down in company history as its most crowning achievement.
The SEMA Show was held at The Las Vegas Convention Center from November 1st through November 4th. However, planning for the automotive aftermarket performance industry tradeshow began in May 2022.
Our special events management team, led by Johanna Palomino, Denisse Del Campo, and Alyssa Rodriguez, carefully selected a high-traffic location in the West Hall to showcase our Elite Dealer Experience.
The result of their planning and the hard work of the entire Ceramic Pro Americas team setting up and hosting guests daily created The Elite Dealer Experience. Take a few minutes to experience our SEMA booth in the video below.
What is The Elite Dealer Experience?
The theme for SEMA Show 2022 for Ceramic Pro Americas was to showcase The Elite Dealer Experience. The booth design allowed automotive restyling business owners to visit multiple stations that would guide them through the multiple resources available to Ceramic Pro Elite Dealers.
As visitors approached the booth, they were met by Ceramic Pro Americas sales and support staff members. They would then be guided through the ‘shop’ to learn more about Ceramic Pro’s diverse line of protective solutions.
Two 2022 Porsche GT3s were set up in our film installation room. One received KAVACA Paint Protection Film installation demonstrations, while the other allowed window film installers to sample our KAVACA Window Tint.
From that point, booth visitors would be introduced to Ceramic Pro ION. This revolutionary ceramic coating incorporates ION Exchange Technology, which makes the coating twice as strong and durable, with improved resistance to abrasions.
Once booth visitors completed the product demonstrations sections, they would learn about Americana Global’s professional detailing products, used exclusively by Ceramic Pro Elite Dealers for vehicle prep, paint correction, and vehicle maintenance.
This includes the latest innovation from Americana Global – the Elite Series Medium Cut and Elite Series Fine Cut compounds. More than 500 sample bottles of each paint correction compound were provided to detailers during the term of the SEMA Show.
Finally, booth visitors would have a chance to speak with the Ceramic Pro Americas marketing team to learn about the vast resources provided to Elite Dealers.
Additionally, they would learn about Ceramic Pro Americas’ proprietary CRM and Business Software Solution – CP Shop Manager. This business solution software permits an Elite Dealer to operate every aspect of their business operations through a secure, cloud-based platform.
Special Events and On-Site Promotions
Every year, one of the most frequently asked questions before the SEMA Show is – what kind of unique car Ceramic Pro showcase in their booth. Once again – Ceramic Pro Marketing Director Sam Azanian stepped up the game – by bringing in an Apollo IE owned by the team at Hyper NFT.
Specifically, this Apollo IO is production car #5 out of 8 – the only Apollo IE delivered with an exposed carbon fiber exterior.
The Apollo Intensa Emozione, referred to as the IE, is a mid-engine sports car manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Apollo Automobil GmbH in partnership with Manifattura Automobili Torino.
This mid-engine hypercar was designed by their chief designer Joe Wang and features an AMG 6.3-liter V-12 engine that belts out 780 horsepower. The name Intensa Emozione translates as ‘intense emotion’ in Italian.
During the four days, Ceramic Pro Americas hosted several media and celebrity guests, including Window Film and PPF Magazine, Motor Trend TV (hosted by Lindsay Marie Brewer), who filmed a feature about the Apollo IE, and additional video features filmed by BBS Wheels and KW Suspension.
In one of the most anticipated battles of the 2022 SEMA Show, Marco the Film Trainer competed against Ceramic Pro Lead Trainer Dane Gregory in a live tint demonstration – hosted by Tintertainment Group CEO Carlos Olazaba.Â
Influencers Visiting Ceramic Pro Americas
On the celebrity front, automotive influencers, including Alex Choi, Dean Karnage, Stradman, Shmee, Matt Moremon from Obsessed Garage, and Pan the Organizer, to name a few, took time to take in the Elite Dealer Experience.
Ceramic Pro Americas also hosted social media influencer and professional off-road racer Blake Wilkey, for an autograph session on Thursday afternoon. NHRA Top Fuel Dragster driver Joe Morrison also stopped by the Ceramic Pro Booth to comment on how several Ceramic Pro and Americana Global products are holding up under extreme conditions.
Further, Nissan Corporation, who set up their booth directly next to the Ceramic Pro Americas location for the second-consecutive year, invited our installation team of Joey C. Love and Ceramic Pro Master Trainer for Latin America Damian Amarante to install our flagship 9H ceramic coating and KAVACA Window Film on their new 2023 Nissan Z Coupe.
The primary objective of Ceramic Pro Americas for the 2022 SEMA Show was to ensure everyone who came to the West Hall left with two understandings. First, Ceramic Pro is no longer just a coating company – but instead, a complete business solutions provider for the automotive restyling industry.
And second, Elite Dealer is a full-scale business solution that permits automotive restyling business owners to own physical and online real estate with unlimited earning potential and exceptional support from a proven leader in this industry.
For the entire team at Ceramic Pro Americas – the 2022 SEMA Show was Mission Accomplished.
