As you can imagine, the first step in joining the Ceramic Pro Team involves getting your business approved. If you are reading this, it likely means you have already been approved and have a dealer login. It’s important to know that within minutes of having your account approved a number of important thing take place within minutes. Let’s look at those below:

1. After you register as a dealer on the Ceramic Pro site your account goes in cue for approval. You will receive an email to notify you of this pending approval.
2. A Ceramic Pro representative will then approve your account. You will receive an email of your account approval, after which you can log into the site.
3. At the time of approval a Ceramic Pro Education supervisor with be assigned to you. This is likely your immediate rep. This will ensure that as a dealer you go through the entire Ceramic Pro Education training program and pass the assessments. This is a way to ensure our dealers are all on the same page.
4. At the time of approval, an AFTER CARE affiliate coupon code will be assigned to your account. This coupon code is one you can share with your customers for the purchase of AFTER CARE products from our site to take care of their coating. This coupon with give the customer a discount, and pay you a commission.
5. Upon approval your dealer account credentials will allow you dealer access to certain areas of the Ceramic Pro website that are not available to the public.
6. Your dealer account will also give you access to certain product categories on the Ceramic Pro online store that are not accessible to the public.
7. One of the most important sections of the Ceramic Pro website that are only available to dealer account is the Dealer Resource, also known is the Dealer Knowledge Base. This is where you can download a plethora of documents available to you as a Ceramic Pro dealer. This files are protected and can only be seen and downloaded if you have dealer credentials.
8. At the time of approval, you shop will be added to the Ceramic Pro dealer map.

Your Ceramic Pro dealer account give you access to the Dealer Resource Knowledge Base. In this section of our website you will find price lists, installation videos, installation instructions, logos, brochures and much, much more. Essentially, this directory will contain almost all of the information you need to run a Ceramic Pro dealership. The knowledge base is searchable and a great place to return to often for reference.

The Dealer Resource Knowledge Base is ever-evolving. We continue to add new resources on a weekly basis.

We have a program that allows dealers to earn affiliate income from the sale of AFTER CARE products. The idea here is that after you install Ceramic Pro and/or Kavaca PPF for a customer, you can give them a discount code which they can use to buy AFTER CARE products to take care of their coating at home. You do not have to stock it (though you can if you’d like) and simply refer them over with the code.

After your dealer account has been approved, you are assigned a code. This is the code you can share. Additionally, the program allows for affiliate links, which will also pay commission on AFTER CARE products, though won’t give the end customer a discount. These could be useful for displaying links on your website.

Your coupon code will be displayed on the coupon tab of the affiliate area. You can manage your affiliate account, create links and track sales in this affiliate area.

Not only that, but learning to use the products themselves, selling packages and managing your Ceramic Pro dealership encompass a lot more than can be put on this one page.

It is for this reason we have created Ceramic Pro Eduction. This is our dealer training program. With Ceramic Pro Education you can learn everything you need to successful sell and install our products. Every Ceramic Pro Dealer is required to take these courses and pass the assessments in a timely manner. Additionally, apart from the online courses and tests, we also provide periodic training in person. This happens at our headquarter and regionally at many Ceramic Pro locations in the US.

Ceramic Pro takes your success very seriously. A flawless coating installation is paramount to the advancement of your business and the continued success of the Ceramic Pro brand. For this reason, we are committed to training our installers in the best methods to properly install our ceramic coatings. Not only will you be able to adequately work with our product, but you can pass that knowledge on to future hires. Your customers will be happier, and your business will flourish. Additionally, we are giving priority to factory-trainer certified installers on our dealer map.

Upon approval as a dealer and your account created, we add your shop to the Ceramic Pro dealer map. This map is categorized by dealer type, such as a Ceramic Pro Installers, Marine Installers, etc. Note that emphasis is put on dealers that have complete their CP Education training.

Given the dealer map works based on the searcher’s zip code and location, it has proven to be a very effective way of referring customers.
