Fishing for MD(Muscular Dystrophy) Foundation, Inc. [a 501(c) (3) organization], Everglades Boats and Apple Ford have partnered to raffle off a new 2019 Everglades 243 Center Console Boat & Ford F-150 Truck Package to provide support to the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the MDA to provide funds specifically to send children affected with muscular dystrophy to MDA Summer Camp. Â Each year MDA sends thousands of children affected with neuromuscular diseases to one of the best weeks in their lives. Â At MDA Summer Camp these children have the ability to be free to perform many activities that we all take for granted. Â At a cost of $2,000 per child (families pay nothing for their child to attend) this raffle will provide opportunities for many children.
The MDA is fighting to free individuals – and families who love them – from the harmful effects of muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related life-threatening diseases so they can live longer and grow stronger.
