THE SHMEE150 SAGA CONTINUES
Automotive content creator Tim Burton, professionally known as Shmee150, is back in the US and reunited with his Ford Mustang Dark Horse – the same one we protected with a full-body KAVACA PPF at Ceramic Pro Elite Chicago before his road trip to SEMA 2023.
Tim made his way down to Ceramic Pro Elite San Diego to do something he has never done before: installing a window tint on his car. Out of the 54 cars he has ever owned the Dark Horse is the first to ever receive a window tint install. Since the car will predominantly reside in the state of Florida, there are some significant benefits to getting a proper window tint.
The Heat Lamp Demo
At each of our Elite Dealers, you will find the heat lamp demonstration. The point of this demo is to showcase exactly how effective our window films are at filtering out infrared heat you feel from the sun. It is truly amazing to see how a virtually clear film can block so much heat. While this film is offered in much darker VLTs, going with a dark film is not necessary to achieve proper heat rejection.
After the demonstration, we walked Tim through the window tint installation process in full detail. He mentioned that since he films in his car so often, it is important for him to maintain the amount of light that comes through the car.
