As we bid farewell to our second annual Elite Dealer Conference, we’re buzzing with excitement over the success of this year’s event. From riveting hands-on Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tint training to comprehensive courses on the intricacies of running a shop successfully – the conference was a whirlwind of insights and inspiration. Over the course of two action-packed days, we delved deep into the nitty-gritty of our industry, sharing invaluable knowledge and expertise with our Elite Dealers.

Our primary goal for the conference was clear: empower our Elite Dealers to thrive in an ever-evolving market. With years of experience under our belt, we were eager to share practical wisdom and proven strategies to help our partners excel. Whether it was mastering the art of precision application techniques or fine-tuning business management skills, every session was meticulously crafted to arm our attendees with the tools they need to succeed.

Open House: Wednesday April 24th

On Wednesday evening, we opened the doors of our shop in San Diego to welcome our Elite Dealers from around the country. We used this event as a chance to allow Elite Dealers to meet each other and get one-on-one time with the Ceramic Pro team before the next two jam-packed days. The energy was high and each attendee brought a unique perspective and a shared passion for excellence. We decided to have people come to our shop as a source of inspiration, offering a glimpse of inspiration into the possibilities for their own shops.

Day 1: Thursday April 25th

Day 1 started bright and early at 7am. The Ceramic Pro team sprang into action checking in our eager attendees, giving them their exclusive merch and itineraries, and making sure everyone was hyped for the day ahead. After everyone had gathered for breakfast, we filed into the main conference room with our first presentation. After the opening presentation, some of the group headed off to our advanced PPF training course and the others stayed. From advanced installation techniques to cutting-edge business strategies, each workshop offered a unique opportunity for attendees to expand their skill set and deepen their knowledge.

Day 1 wasn’t just about learning – it was about connection, collaboration, and community among our Elite Dealers. Throughout the day our Elite Dealers had the chance to talk to vendors and explore new services that could potentially help their business. Closing out Day 1 with round table discussions was a great way to keep the energy up and allow our Elite Dealers to collaborate and share experiences.


Day 2: Friday April 26th

Day 2 started bright and early at 7am, again. After our attendees gathered for breakfast before breaking out into their assigned workshops. On day 2 we offered PPF training again in addition to an advanced tint training and a sales workshop. We wasted no time in getting started on what promised to be another day filled with invaluable insights and hands-on experiences.

Our Elite Dealers had the opportunity to tailor their conference experience to their specific interests and needs. We made it our goal for this year’s conference to provide something for everyone. Being able to provide our Elite Dealers with hands-on experience was definitely a highlight for the Ceramic Pro team. Under the guidance of our corporate trainers, Elite Dealers had the chance to roll up their sleeves and dive into immersive training sessions that allowed them to develop skills they could immediately apply to their own shops.

Day 2 ended with the Ceramic Pro team individually acknowledging each shop that was able to attend the 2024 Conference, and a group photo. We can’t wait until next year’s conference.
