Ceramic Pro Elite Bay Area is an exclusive provider of Ceramic Pro coatings, paint protection film, and luxury window tints. Based in Martinez, Calif., the Ceramic Pro Elite Bay Area team comprises serial entrepreneurs, creative business minds, and experts in automotive protection solutions – dedicated to quality in every aspect of their business.

In less than two years, this Elite Dealer has quickly become one of the top performing in the network. But their path to rapid growth in this highly competitive industry shouldn’t be a surprise. Their story is based on solid business ethics, strategic planning, and embracing a team first mentality.

In this Elite Dealer Spotlight feature article, we’ll examine how a team of four-lifetime friends took a calculated risk during the COVID pandemic and turned it into a highly successful business.

We’ll also explain why they’ll introduce their Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer location with the thousands of EV enthusiasts at the upcoming Electrify Expo at Alameda Point in San Francisco.

It’s All About The Team

The professional detailing and protection industry is challenging to break into. It’s saturated with businesses – ranging from single-owner operators to large-scale production facilities. However, across the board, it’s understood that it can take several years to establish a solid client base.

That was different from the team at Ceramic Pro Elite Bay Area.

This quickly growing Elite Dealer is a family-owned business led by an ownership group including Chris Reyes, Julius Abella, and brothers Mac and Jason De Dios.

Their detail manager, Rodrigo Avila, and shop managers, Devin Martinez and Gerardo Jaurigue, lead a team of certified ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tint specialists. Their office manager Jenna Nubla helps to manage the day-to-day activities.

The De Dios brothers are experienced automotive detailers who operated a successful detailing and automotive protection business in Oakland and have worked with Ceramic Pro products for several years.

On the other hand, Chris Reyes was involved in the automotive dealership industry – where he met and worked with fellow partner Julius Abella. While working in the automotive dealership industry, the pair also invested in several business entities, developing capital – and gaining valuable business experience.

The four-lifetime friends decided to take advantage of the downtime and other non-controllable factors during the COVID pandemic to find the right location, partnership, and time to launch EXCLSV Motorsports.

About Ceramic Pro Elite Bay Area

EXCLSV Motorsports is a full-service automotive detailing and protective solutions provider. They opened for business in the Fall of 2021 and, shortly after, officially became a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer.

They offer complete automotive detailing, powder coating, and vinyl wrap services for their customers living in Concord, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, San Ramon, Orinda, Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Richmond, Benicia, Vallejo, and Fairfield – located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

After becoming a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer, their business skyrocketed – becoming one of the top sellers of Ceramic Pro Coatings & KAVACA Performance films in the United States.

For owner Chris Reyes, the decision to join the Elite Dealer network was influenced by several aspects.

“We chose to work with Ceramic Pro and their Elite Dealer network due to multiple factors, including a strong marketing presence, manufacturing the best products in the market, and a brand that is one of the most popular among our customers.”

Reyes continued, “The support we get from our business consultant, leadership team, training department, and the marketing division of Ceramic Pro Americas provides us with the resources we need to improve our knowledge of their products – and better serve our current and future customers.”

Capturing the Growing EV Market Share

Being an Elite Dealer in the eco-friendly San Francisco region, you’d expect many of their customers to be owners of Electric Vehicles.

But – 90% is a significant market share.

This opened a fantastic opportunity to showcase his business and the complete solutions offered to current and future EV owners through Ceramic Pro Elite Dealers at the upcoming Electrify Expo, held at Alameda Point in San Francisco on June 24th and 25th, 2023.

Electrify Expo is North America’s largest electric vehicle festival, with over 1 million square feet of the world’s top electric brands. Current and curious electric vehicle consumers can experience and drive electric cars & trucks, ride E-Bikes, E-Motorcycles, E-Scooters, E-Skateboards, & E-Watercraft.

The Electrify Expo is kicking off its third year of introducing the latest innovations in electric-powered vehicles – including many of today’s top EV manufacturers such as Lucid Motors, BMW, Polestar, and more. What started as three venues in 2021 have morphed into seven – in key EV consumer demographics, including the San Francisco Bay Area.

How Ceramic Pro Elite Bay Area Can Help EV Owners

Ceramic Pro Americas has been a presenting sponsor of this event since its creation in 2021.

Ceramic Pro Elite Dealers – like the CP Elite Bay Area team- offer multiple exceptional solutions to the everyday problems EV owners are looking to solve.

Installing a full-front KAVACA Ceramic Coated Paint Protection Film package is a logical solution to protect the front end or high-strike areas on their expensive EVs. For keeping the rest of the paint, trim, wheels, and outer automotive glass in optimal condition, Ceramic Pro ceramic coatings protect against natural toxins and environmental factors that cause oxidation, corrosion, and fading.

This all-inclusive package is called Ultimate Armor – exclusively offered by Elite Dealers.

However, the biggest concern of most EV owners was finding creative ways of reducing the cabin temperature of their Tesla and other EV brands. As most of these vehicles have large windows installed on the roof and are designed for maximum visibility, it introduces more potential for heat-producing infrared radiation to penetrate non-protected windows.

This significantly introduces a problem for EVs as it increases the interior cabin temperature, automatically triggering the air conditioning system, designed as a safety system to keep an electric vehicle battery cooler.

EV owners can block up to 98 percent of the sun’s heat-producing infrared radiation by installing Ceramic Pro KAVACA Ultimate IR or Ceramic IR Window Film on all windows. This keeps the inside of the vehicle cooler for extended periods and reduces the time to run the AC system, thus extending the battery range while the vehicle sits outdoors.

The partnership with Electrify Expo provides Elite Dealers – like Ceramic Pro Elite Bay Area- an exceptional opportunity to engage with local consumers actively looking to protect their electric vehicles.
